    Cancellations are considered only if requested within 2 days of placing the order. However, we may not accept the cancellation if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun. Specific cases are outlined below:

    • Non-Perishable Goods: Orders for non-perishable products may be canceled within the 2-day window if the shipping process has not been initiated.
    • Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., once the order has been processed.
  2. Return and Replacement Policy:

    If the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory, they may request a refund or replacement. This is applicable under the following conditions:

    • Returns or replacements are accepted only if reported within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • The merchant or vendor will verify the claim before any action is taken.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products:

    In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. Once verified by the merchant, we will initiate the necessary steps for a return or replacement.

  4. Product Not As Expected:

    If the product received differs from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. After investigating the complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding a return or replacement.

  5. Manufacturer Warranty Issues:

    For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the manufacturer for any warranty-related claims or issues.

  6. Refund Policy:

    In cases where refunds are approved by ONEXL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, the following conditions apply:

    • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after approval.
    • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Refunds will only be granted for valid and approved cancellation, return, or replacement claims.
